With the weather getting colder this is the perfect meal to come home to. I usually batch make this in advance. The paprika adds a really nice flavour to this dish.
Whenever I eat sandwiches out, they are always served with crisps so I thought I would combine then in this club. It is quick to prepare and I have tried to keep the ingredients minimal. Pesto red or green is also a nice addition to this sambo if you want […]
Beetroot and hummus work really well together and I have combined them in this recipe to tempt the tastebuds. The crispy chickpeas add a bite to this sandwich while the mayonnaise prevents it from tasting too dry.

This noodle stir fry is hearty and comforting. The noodles are based in a flavoursome sauce and the eggs just add a bit more protein to the dish.
This recipe has a milder spicey taste due to the addition of honey. The cauliflower turns so soft with the addition of crispy bits on the edges. This is an amazing side dish to any main course or mix through some roasted garlic & cous cous for a quick dinner.
I love this vegetarian spice bag. I just can’t stop eating it, the flavours are amazing and the vegetables crisp up a little just enough to add a crunch. Serve this with garlic mayonnaise and it’s to die for. When cooking the vegetables, don’t overcrowd since they won’t crisp up.
This is a hearty salad when you just feel like eating a bit more than a normal light salad. The longest part of preparation is preparing the lentils. I usually boil them in vegetable stock for about an hour until tender.
This salad is quick to prepare and minimal ingredients. I omitted the celery since I’m not the biggest fan but traditionally it would be part of the salad. I just find salads great in the evening with this warm weather and even better when left in the fridge to chill […]
