Cooking has always been a passion but mostly enjoyed at the weekends. Weekdays I used to come home after work, starving and grabbing the quickest convenience food available and then feel guilty afterwards! That was a few years ago, since then I experimented with cooking my meals the night before and sometimes in bulk to get two days dinner while freezing the rest.

This blog focuses on preparation of meals/lunches and treats the night before so when I come home, there is food waiting for me. My recipes have been developed to create meals which improve in flavour overnight. I hope these recipes reduce the stress of preparing food on an empty stomach and in turn allow better food choices.
