The blog this week will be focusing on smoothies this week which are great for a light breakfast at the weekends when you want to head out for brunch but just need something to keep the hunger pangs away. This blackberry and avocado smoothie tastes amazing and I actually prefer it with the nut milk since it makes the drink a little bit lighter.
- 1/2 Avocado, peeled and destoned
- 125g Blackberries
- 200ml Milk or Nut milk
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz!
