This almond butter is so easy to make and it doesn’t taste much differ from peanut butter. Baking the almonds creates such a wonderful aroma in the kitchen and it only takes a few mins. I love this since I can make it as sweet as I want and as much as I want. This is lovely served on crackers in the evening when a light snack is needed.
- 300g Almonds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Spread out the almonds on a baking sheet and bake in a hot oven for approx 30mins until golden.
- Allow to cool and add to a food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
