Mango and coconut smoothie

After a good workout I find this mango and coconut smoothie just so nice and creamy and perfect for enjoying while you put your feet up! I always find after workouts that water is never enough, I just need something that gives me a bit of energy. The ice cubes in this make it feel a bit like a milkshake and the coldness is so refreshing to cool down the body.

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
