This banana, nut butter and spinach smoothie is one of my favourite smoothies since its lovely and sweet and very moorish. I always try and get plenty of greens into my diet which can be hard when Im rushing around during the week. This smoothie helps me get some in the mornings and it only takes a few mins to prepare.
- 350ml Milk or Nut milk
- 1 Banana
- Handful of spinach
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender and serve.
