This time of year I love some chutney served as a side for dinners or in toasties! This beetroot and orange chutney has an amazing aroma while cooking and is very moreish!
- 5 raw Beetroots, peeled and diced finely
- 2 Red onions, peeled and dined finely
- 3 Red apples, peeled and diced finely
- 1 tsp Ground Corionder
- 1 tsp Ground Cloves
- 500ml Red wine vinegar
- 3 Oranges juiced
- 250g Sugar
- Combine all the ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
- Spoon into sterlised jars and enjoy!
