Syllabub

This desert is so light and delicious. The wine add a delicate flavour to the cream while the lime tones down the sweetness of the desert.

Ingredients

  • 500ml Double cream
  • 1 small glass white wine
  • 1 Lime
  • Handful of flaked Almonds

Directions

  1. Whip the cream into soft peaks.
  2. Gradually add in the wine while whipping.
  3. Add in the juice of the lime and whip in.
  4. Serve chilled with flaked Almond.
