This week the posts will be focused on Juice shots. The idea of these is a quick drink which is full of vitamins to give a boost in the mornings. The flavours are strong and will definitely help a wake up when you are feeling a bit drowsy. As always I have tried to keep the ingredients simple and down to a minimum. This recipe will cover 1 juice shot but just increase the quantity of the ingredients if you require more.
- 100ml Coconut water
- 2 tsp Wheatgrass powder
- Stir both ingredients together until well combined.
