Green olive and lemon pasta sauce

This Green olive and lemon pasta sauce is perfect on a summer’s evening. The flavours are fresh and not too overpowering on the palette. I mixed this with some pasta, rocket leaves and grilled red pepper.

Ingredients

  • 150g Green pitted olives
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and diced
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried chili flakes

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Season to taste.
