This Green olive and lemon pasta sauce is perfect on a summer’s evening. The flavours are fresh and not too overpowering on the palette. I mixed this with some pasta, rocket leaves and grilled red pepper.
- 150g Green pitted olives
- 2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and diced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried chili flakes
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste.
