This week the posts will focus on quick and easy pasta sauces with the minimal of ingredients to make a tasty meal. The variety of pasta’s and additional vegetables added to these sauces is optional but I have provided a few ideas in my youtube videos. These sauces can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge for 1-2 days. I have prepared these in a blender and shook it a few time between blending to ensure a smooth consistency in the sauces when desired.
- 100g Sundried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Harissa paste
- Add the tomatoes with the oil and harissa paste to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste.
