These green juice’s I have tried to use the minimum of ingredients for the maximum nourishment and taste. The wheatgrass when added to this juice will thicken the mixture hence the addition of water to loosen the consistency.
- 4 Kiwi’s
- 1tsp Wheatgrass
- 100g Spinach
- 1/2 Lemon
- Remove the skins of the kiwi’s, cut into chunks and juice.
- Next juice the spinach and mix in the wheatgrass.
- Add 1/2 of a lemon juiced and 50 ml of water and mix throughly.
