This mint, lemon & lime juice is a perfect morning waker. I am getting into my sour flavours lately but if you are more of a sweet taster add 1 tsp of honey and it will even out the sourness.
- 25g Fresh mint
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- Blend all the mint leaves with 100 ml of water.
- Pass the juice through a strainer and add the juice of the lemon and lime.
- Serve chilled with ice.
