This week I will be focusing my recipes on green juices. I like the idea of the nourishment benefits from these drinks but I find it hard to find ones that I like. So I decided to make my own. This version is a sweeter green juice and is perfect served chilled.
- 3 Green Apples
- 100g Spinach
- 30g Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon
- Slice up the apples and squeeze over the lemon juice.
- Slice up the ginger and pop all the ingredients in a juicer.
- Mix the juice and serve.
