This is my favourite smoothie bowl, I just love all these ingredients combined and the different textures of the toppings. I would serve this immediately since the banana will discolour. This will make about two servings since it is very filling and it is even difficult for me to eat all of this. Honestly I have tried and failed!
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 100ml Milk
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Pistachio nuts, deshelled
- Blend half the peeled banana with the peanut butter, honey and milk until smooth.
- Serve with the remainder of the banana sliced and sprinkle over the Chia seeds, raisins and Pistachio nuts.
