This is another great recipe to use up any of those Easter eggs. The chilli really kicks in after each drink and you can definitely find it on the back of the throat. If you prefer a mild chilli hot chocolate then just use 1/2 a chilli and for a more intense taste use dark chocolate. I haven’t tried white chocolate with this recipe but it could be interesting!
- 1/2 L Milk
- 1 Red Chilli
- 150g Plain chocolate
- Break up the chocolate and simmer with the milk and chilli for approx 10 minutes until hot.
- Consistently stir the mixture while simmering to ensure the chocolate mixes in well with the milk.
