French Omlette

French Omlette

This French Omlette is easy to make and the filling can be varied with lots of different ingredients. I usually make this in the evenings when I am short of time and I just want a light meal.


  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Cheddar cheese
  • 20g Sundried tomatoes
  • 1 Spring Onion, chopped
  • 20ml Milk


  1. Beat the eggs with milk and season to taste.
  2. Pour into a hot frying pan and simmer for approx 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle over the tomatoes, cheese and spring onion.
  4. Fold over the Omlette and pop under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes.
