Herby Cream Cheese

This herby cream cheese is a quick way to liven up this spread. Fresh herbs will give a stronger taste but I prefer the milder taste of the dried herbs. I usually serve these with crunchy jacket potatoes and the chilli’s add a bit of a kick to the dish. Perfect for a mid week dinner!


  • 200g Cream Cheese
  • 1 Clove of Garlic, peeled and diced
  • 3 tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Dried Chilli flakes


  1. Combine all together and mix well.
  2. Season to taste and serve.
