This herby cream cheese is a quick way to liven up this spread. Fresh herbs will give a stronger taste but I prefer the milder taste of the dried herbs. I usually serve these with crunchy jacket potatoes and the chilli’s add a bit of a kick to the dish. Perfect for a mid week dinner!
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 1 Clove of Garlic, peeled and diced
- 3 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 3 tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Dried Chilli flakes
- Combine all together and mix well.
- Season to taste and serve.
