This is a great variation for breakfast and also the fruit can be heated and gently pureed if preferred. I always find this breakfast refreshing and quick to prepare, a perfect way to use up leftover granola and yoghurt.
- 50g Granola
- 75ml Natural yoghurt
- 5 Strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Rinse the fruit and slice the strawberries.
- Arrange the fruit at the base of small glasses.
- Mix the honey with the yoghurt and spoon on top of the fruit.
- Finish off with crunchy granola.
