Granola and yoghurt breakfast

This is a great variation for breakfast and also the fruit can be heated and gently pureed if preferred. I always find this breakfast refreshing and quick to prepare, a perfect way to use up leftover granola and yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 50g Granola
  • 75ml Natural yoghurt
  • 5 Strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Directions

  1. Rinse the fruit and slice the strawberries.
  2. Arrange the fruit at the base of small glasses.
  3. Mix the honey with the yoghurt and spoon on top of the fruit.
  4. Finish off with crunchy granola.
