I decided to boost up my Vitamin C lately with all the flu’s and colds being spread around. So this week I will be posting recipes with oranges which I have felt have boosted my energy and immune system. This recipe is very simple and the Pineapple adds an element of sweetness to this juice.
- 4 Oranges
- 1 Pineapple
- 500ml Sparkling water
- Juice the oranges by hand and the pineapple through a juicer.
- Mix the juices with sparkling water.
