Apricots with cream cheese toasted bagel

This week the posts will be focusing on breakfast ideas. I have developed these recipes over the years and I thought it would be good to share them. Granted I usually have them at weekends but they they are quick to prepare so if you are a bit more organised than me in the mornings they would be perfect for during the week.

Ingredients

  • 50g Dried Apricots, sliced
  • 4 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 Bagels
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Toast the bagels until lightly brown.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on it and finish with a topping of Apricots and a sprinkling of poppy seeds.
