With the weather getting colder this is the perfect meal to come home to. I usually batch make this in advance. The paprika adds a really nice flavour to this dish.

This dessert is quick to make and contains few ingredients. It’s a good way to use up any left over apples. I usually serve this with some coconut cream and smashed nuts.
These muffins are ideal for breakfast. I make them the night before and they are a nice change from cereal or porridge. If preferred banana can be added instead of the apple but since apples are in season I decided to use these.
