I love this vegetarian spice bag. I just can’t stop eating it, the flavours are amazing and the vegetables crisp up a little just enough to add a crunch. Serve this with garlic mayonnaise and it’s to die for. When cooking the vegetables, don’t overcrowd since they won’t crisp up.
This spice bag seasoning is a mixture of a variety of spices with the Chinese allspice being the dominant flavour. This is great sprinkled over potatoes, chips and vegetables.
This is a quick n simple shake. If in a rush just use some coco powder. But the melted chocolate is luxurious.

This Skittles milkshake is a bit naughty but it’s a rear treat and I love it. It’s super sweet but sooo good. Any milk can be used for this, I used oat milk rather than diary since I find it a bit lighter.
This Peach Melba is a light desert perfect for sharing. The sauce really adds flavour to this dish while the peach and yoghurt mellows it out.
This desert is so light and delicious. The wine add a delicate flavour to the cream while the lime tones down the sweetness of the desert.
This is a hearty salad when you just feel like eating a bit more than a normal light salad. The longest part of preparation is preparing the lentils. I usually boil them in vegetable stock for about an hour until tender.

This chickpea Caesar salad has plenty of flavour and is really filling. I left out the bread in this recipe but if I was using any it would be ciabatta.
